POSITION OVERVIEW:

Assist with implementation of full suite Ceridian Dayforce from current HCM, ADP Workforce Now

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist and support all aspects of Dayforce implementation
• Define detail project implementation plan
• Serve as the lead contact for implementation team and implementation activities 
• Coach and prepare implementation team for successful rollouts of the Dayforce application 
• Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment
• Diagnosis, research and analyze implementation team issues and requests
• Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics
• Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keeping implementation team informed of progress
• Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings and sequences 
• Work with third-party vendors when issues traverse multiple systems 
• Assist with data conversions
• Identify gaps in functionality
• Participate in enhancement creation, release and change management activities 
• Create and update product and training documentation 
• Develop, scope and estimate implementation project with implementation team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 + years implementing at least one of the following HCM solutions: HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning
• Previous implementation experience required
• Experience implementing Dayforce, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications
• Bachelor degree or relevant experience required
• Passion for customer service
• Demonstrated project management experience
