With a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our youth and drive positive change in Baltimore. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the organization • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve financial targets and business objectives • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in operations management and strategic planning • Proven track record of driving organizational growth and implementing successful operational strategies • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
