Qualifications
- Experience:
* +1 year of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
* Customer-centric at heart: every decision you make revolves around our customers and improving their experience.
* Industry knowledge: Retail experience would be a plus.
* Strong understanding of SaaS solutions
- Skills:
- Project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technical landscapes.
- Technical Acumen: understanding and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment.
- Education:
- BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc.
