W S Yacht Brokers is seeking highly motivated, experienced and knowledgeable sales professionals that have the desire to work with new opportunities and a motivated team. You will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining positive customer relationships. In this commission-based position, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in San Francisco, California.

A day in the life…

• Set and achieve sales goals

• Provide exceptional service to your clients

• Seek knowledge to build your expertise

• Maintain precise client records, inputting and maintaining an accurate and comprehensive client CRM

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients

• Ongoing training courses to expand product knowledge and sales experience

• Procure brokerage listings

• Available to travel to show clients potential boats

• Familiarize yourself on a daily basis for what boats are currently available and their selling price

• Administrative support with listings, marketing and social media

• Actively support and participate in boat shows, on-site and off-site special events, and get-a-ways

• Self-discipline, motivation, and organization

• High ticket negotiating skills

• Excellent communication skills verbally and written

• The ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a team

• The ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

• Willingness to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Suite, CRM, and MLS

• Retail sales experience & experience in the marine industry are a big plus

• Schedule flexibility (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)
