We are seeking to hire a reliable and proactive retail sales associate with excellent customer service skills to join our team. The successful candidate should be able to work flexible hours and have a positive attitude while meeting customer's needs to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and guiding them through our merchandise products.

Responding quickly to the customer’s questions and complaints.

Operating cash registers, handling financial transactions, and addressing customers' concerns.

Maintaining the store image by ensuring that the shelves and the store are clean, organized and well-stocked.

Assisting customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Promoting store loyalty programs and sales promotions.

Performing inventory checks.

Providing knowledgeable, prompt, and polite customer service.

Working collaboratively with team members and maintaining a positive work environment.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in English

Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
