The State of Wisconsin is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant IV.

ETF is looking for a blend of Data, Business and Technical expertise, with an emphasis on technical skills.

2\. Technical skills include SQL and S2T (source to target mapping).

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:

\- At least 5 years of experience - Lead, facilitate, and coordinate business requirements gathering. Validate the requirements and assist with the functional design of solutions.

\- At least 5 years of experience - Develop, execute, and document test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. Track defects and coordinate resolutions.

\- At least 5 years of experience - Research, perform analysis, and provide recommendations for solutions that meet business needs and fit within the system/software capabilities.

\- At least 5 years of current experience – Writing SQL queries and creating source to target mapping documents.

Nice to Have Skills:

\- 5+ years of experience doing business analysis on large and complex IT projects.

\- Experience in Government, Insurance Industry or Pension Plans

Onsite or Remote? No WI residency required. Open to nationwide candidates, but preference is being giving to current WI residents. This position may work 100% remote within the continental US. There is a possibility that the selected candidate may have to work in the office occasionally or as business needs arise. If the selected candidate is required to come onsite, it is their responsibility to cover any costs for travel, lodging and meals.

Project details: Candidates should have experience with complex projects. The should "know how to deal with inter-project dependencies within a program and how to map out how a critical path in one project can derail critical path in another."
