WK Industrial Services Corp is rapidly growing and seeking to expand our team with an INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING RECRUITER

We are looking for a candidate with experience in recruiting for Manufacturing, Warehouse or Industrial Construction

YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM

• Work with our Service team to identify manpower needs for Manufacturing/Warehouse/Service Technicians
• Place and manage job ads as needed to attract qualified applicants
• Screen applicants and make recommendations for individuals that can progress in the interview process
• Assist with processing of new hire applications
• Input candidate information into Business Management Software
• Provide new hire orientation
• Support Corporate office with booking travel, expenses, time-keeping, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in recruiting industrial construction skilled trades, manufacturing, warehouse positions.
• Enjoys being on the phone and communication via email or text. In person or remote via teams interviews.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with HR/Project Managers/Client point of contact
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel & LinkedIn.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Open to receive coaching from all peer levels.
