    Responsibilities

    •Make customer calls and provide accurate information in a timely manner

    •Answering customer's questions and referring them to the necessary resources to solve their concerns

    •Responsible for keeping a record of information received in conversations and log it into the database

    •Be able to work with management to ensure proper quality and productivity goals
