    Overview

    The WMS Support position at Bradshaw Home serves as the first point of contact for technical assistance related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and warehouse operations. The role supports multiple distribution centers and provides troubleshooting assistance through the helpdesk system, ensuring seamless WMS functionality and resolving issues promptly. This position is fully onsite at our Fontana, CA location and is second shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support to multiple distribution center facilities, serving 200+ users.
    • Evaluate and prioritize incoming helpdesk requests to assist users experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking, RF systems, and other related technologies.
    • Collaborate with local IT staff to troubleshoot WMS equipment, including scanners, RF guns, and WiFi networks in the warehouses.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the WMS system and associated programs, including voice, labor management, and parcel software.
    • Offer technical advice and informal training to users on WMS software applications and hardware.
    • Maintain and clean label printers, desktop printers, network cabinets, and other computer-related equipment.
    • Manage user accounts and permissions within the WMS and related systems.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 1 year of previous IT Helpdesk Support or WMS support experience, or a diploma from a trade college (ITT Tech, DeVry) or a 4-year college with a focus on IT.
    • Experience in writing SQL queries is required.
    • Knowledge of Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie WMS is preferred but not required.
    • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing deadlines.
    • Teamwork & Independence: Capable of self-managing tasks with minimal supervision, while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
    • Problem Solving: Able to see the big picture, identify problems, and proactively provide solutions.
    • Technology Enthusiasm: A keen interest in staying current with technological trends and industry best practices.

    Expectations

    • This position is fully onsite at our Fontana, CA location. It is second shift (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
