Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
• Support application control thru Mobile Device Management
• Uninstall old antivirus software from clients
• Support end-users through company helpdesk
• Catalog and update tickets in Zendesk
• Assist inventory management using Lansweeper
• Configure hardware for users
• MFA configuration/MFA end-user support
• Troubleshoot GlobalProtect VPN, Citrix, and company software issues
• Assist users with Brivo application (no admin access)
• Support Microsoft applications and assist users in utilizing OneDrive and SharePoint
• Retire and recycle obsolete computer equipment
• Assist in operation and maintenance of IT server room
Requirements:
• Studies in IT related field or similar experience
• Work schedule is Tuesday (in office), Thursday (in office), and Friday (remote), 8 hours each day
