    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving product issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to cope with stressful situations patiently and calmly
    • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Zendesk huge plus
    • Experience with ShipRush and/or ShipStation a plus
    • Experience with Shopify admin a plus
    • Experience using Google Sheets and Docs a must

    DUTIES INCLUDE:

    • Answering phones
    • Responding to emails
    • Regularly updating customer service tickets in ZenDesk
    • Communicating clearly with operations and ownership to resolve customer complaints
    • Updating tracking sheets in Excel and Google Sheets
