Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving product issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to cope with stressful situations patiently and calmly
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk huge plus
- Experience with ShipRush and/or ShipStation a plus
- Experience with Shopify admin a plus
- Experience using Google Sheets and Docs a must
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails
- Regularly updating customer service tickets in ZenDesk
- Communicating clearly with operations and ownership to resolve customer complaints
- Updating tracking sheets in Excel and Google Sheets
