Word of Peace Lutheran Church is a vibrant and welcoming worshiping community. Our mission is to welcome all people, share Christ’s love, care for God’s people and the world, and work for justice and peace.

We are located in Rogers, a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, and have over 3,000 members. We have 550 children enrolled in Sunday school and 350 students enrolled in our confirmation ministry. We train and encourage over 250 volunteers in our various CYF ministries.

Our Children, Youth and Family (CYF) ministry is excited to walk alongside parents as we equip them to be the primary faith teachers for their children. We have a seven-person CYF team as well as an on-site preschool. Although we have dedicated areas of responsibility, we work as a team and support one another across CYF ministries and events.
