Qualifications
- Must be able to visually examine chickens and remove birds from the line not meeting the quality criteria.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of chicken defects/diseases and attention to detail to maintain and improve bird quality.
- Must have knowledge of food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with Company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to lift, reach, handle, perform cervical flexion/extension, rotate, stand, walk, balance and stoop.
- Must be able to use small, hand-held tool (i.e., knife, scissors) properly.
