    What you'll do at Walmart Stores

    • Operates vehicle safely by adhering to all safety requirements; inspecting mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment of vehicle unit before, during, and after trips; planning routes based on local and state traffic laws and restrictions; and following routes according to information from maps and atlas.
    • Provides customer service by acknowledging the customer; delivering merchandise to customers at residential and commercial locations; following compliance requirements for food safety by processing items according to company specification; operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment; ensuring merchandise is properly stored; and promoting products and services.
    • Maintains area of responsibility by loading and unloading product into and out of vehicle; ensuring cleanliness of vehicle; following appropriate policies and procedures for preparing, handling, packaging, labeling, and storing food products; identifying shrink and damages; removing damaged or out-of- date goods; identifying and processing claims and returns; maintaining merchandise presentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
    • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
    • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
