This role will provide administrative support by performing clerical duties, entering data and extracting data from multiple systems and filing. You will be using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, data entry). Your ability to be accurate and focus on the details will be critical.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support human resources processes by assisting with the recruiting process, setting up interviews
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Create and submit regular reports on HR metrics to managers by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data, including using the VLOOKUP function in Excel.
- Sets up and maintains personnel files, process new hires, terminations, and transfers.
- Provides clerical support by entering, formatting, and printing information.

- Organizes work.
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Administrative and Clerical positions will require that specific minimum qualifications are met in order to compete for these positions. The Clerical positions will require the following:
HUMAN RESOURCES CLERK
- 1 year coursework in a Human Resource related field (e.g., Business Management, Human Resources) and 1 year experience using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) OR
- 1 year experience with human resource activities (e.g., payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA) and 1 year experience using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing)
- 1 year experience performing clerical related responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheet, word processing)
