• You have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area OR 1 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area OR Associate's degree in business, human resources, information technology, or related area and 1 years’ experience in business, human resources, information technology, or related area.
• You have an understanding of user data consumption/transactions, data needs, and business implications
• You have an understanding of business, technical, process, and operational data architecture, standards, definitions, and repositories
• You have knowledge of regulatory and ethical requirements and policies around data privacy, security, storage, retention, and documentation
• You can handle highly sensitive information with great accuracy and attention to detail
• You have basic computer navigation skills and can navigate through multiple systems
• You are proficient in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
