WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Obtain out of state titling/tax info, as needed
• Locate trade title/ensure proper signatures & lien release information
• Calculate debt to income
• Determine loan to value as needed
• Print all documents for CS/AE, turn all documents over to CS/AE for final review and presentation
• Manage contracts in transit to ensure proper cash flow
• Collection of lender stipulations including but not limited to: proof of income, proof of residence, proof previous loan paid off, copy of divorce decree, proof of paid judgment
• Monitor inventory forms levels, (State, WAG, product, credit applications) order new ones when necessary
• Manage Dead Deal file for mandatory compliance
• Send out Adverse Action letters to all customers who applied for credit and did not receive what they applied for
• Maintain an adequate and current supply of all required contracts and paperwork needed for completion and finalization of car deals
• Ensure Rebate, Incentive, Due Bill, VSC, and related schedules in CDK are maintained in accordance with company and/or OEM requirements.
• Process all Trade-In and Purchase DMV Documentations in a timely manner
• Call banks for payoff titles
• Keep record of wholesale titles due
• Keep vehicle inventory records up to date
• Maintain accurate Suspense Logs for tracking, title, and registration transactions
• Ensure appropriate inspections, registrations and title compliance for every vehicle
• Interact with DMV personnel to resolve issues
• Ensure all rebates & incentives are paid in a timely manner
• Maintain security of any/all non-public documents and client information
• Maintain all sales or customer areas
• Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have excellent phone and computer skills (proficiency in DealerSocket required)
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Ideal candidate will have a friendly up-beat attitude and be a team player
