Job Summary: To perform management duties of the warehouse as the assistant, including inventory, purchasing and warranty operations of the company. The initial task will be to develop and execute an inventory system. Ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, oversee all warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with management and outside vendors. Adherence and enforcement of company’s “No Will Call” policy. Implementation and enforcement of company’s purchasing policy. The overall supervision of the company’s warehouse team members and the profitability, efficiency and accurate stocking of equipment for installation and service jobs.

Pay: Salary $60kPlus, Top Pay for Top Talent Compensation will depend on experience and will increase with skills and continued education along with taking on more of the management duties.

General Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, occasional nights and weekends

Required Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

· High school diploma or its equivalent

· HVAC and/or Plumbing industry knowledge is preferred

· Computer skills with Microsoft Office including Excel · Experience creating Inventory Systems

· Management experience

· Ability to multi-task

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Advanced customer service skills

· Ability to set and manage timeline goals

· Strong problem solving skills

· Energetic personality

· Professional phone skills
