    Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

    Receiving Shipments:

    Unload incoming shipments from trucks, ensuring thorough inspection for damages or discrepancies. Inventory Management:

    Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory in an organized manner. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly. Repackage damaged items or returns efficiently. Order Fulfillment:

    Pick items based on order sheets for packing and shipping. Securely pack items to prevent transit damage. Accurately label packages with shipping and handling details. Operating Equipment:

    Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment:

    Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free. Dispose of waste materials properly. Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents. Documentation:

    Accurately record incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as inventory counts. Maintain detailed logs of all warehouse activities and transactions. Warehouse Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, move, or carry heavy items (50 lbs or more) and stand or walk for extended periods. Equipment Handling: Experience or certification in operating warehouse equipment like Bendi, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Handy with Tools: Ability to assemble and disassemble furniture, desks, chairs, tables, and accessories. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain order and efficiency in a warehouse setting. Work Environment: Comfortable working in warehouse conditions.

    Payrate: $16 - $23 an hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k PTO, Sick Leave, and Employee Discount
