Flowly Solutions is hiring for a warehouse associate for our logistics team.

This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime based on workload. No weekend work will be required for this position, the schedule will be Monday through Friday.

For this role, prior experience working in a warehouse is preferable but it is not required. We are willing to train the right employee for this job. The work is very fast paced and will be physically involved. You will be required to stand for extended periods of time. A large part of this position is order pulling and preparing outgoing orders in a team setting.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering items off of warehouse shelves and staging them for pickup
• Loading and unloading trucks by hand or with an electric pallet jack
• Using a scanner to keep track of inventory and for pulling orders
• Printing shipping labels and applying them to packages
• Working with your team to complete tasks effectively
• Learning new skills and taking on more responsibilities
• Palletizing outgoing orders and breaking down pallets
• Assisting in other areas of the warehouse if it is required
• Working directly with customers and remaining professional at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but it is not required
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn shipping software
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Fantastic communication skills
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
