    About the role:

    Pompa Program is looking for a motivated and well spoken Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Warehouse Associate/Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions that contribute to the accurate and timely delivery of shipments to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process orders for daily kit building, accurately and efficiently.
    • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, kit, wrap, label, ship)
    • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
    • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
    • Report any discrepancies
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
    • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
    • Maintain a clean organized workstation
    • Conduct audits for warehouse inventory counts
    • Transport material within the warehouse
    • Meet and/or exceed quality performance metrics through consistent quality monitoring and employee feedback
    • Escalate issues/risks that impact quality or performance
    • Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting the Company
    • Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
    • Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift heavy objects

    Requirements:

    • Above average computer skills
    • Customer Service
    • Ability to split work between office and warehouse (30/70)
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications
    • Forklift, and other warehouse equipment
    • Ability to work independently
    • Proven working experience as a warehouse worker, and office admin
    • Good organizational and time management skills

    Compensation Range:

    $18 - 21 hour

    This a full time 8 hour shift during the day.
