    Job Overview

    As a Warehouse Associate for Shamrock Sales, Inc. you are in a customer facing role and must maintain a professional work ethic, attitude, and appearance at all times. You will be responsible for the essential accuracy and efficient receipt, storage, and shipments of a wide variety of products related to hydronic heating and plumbing equipment. Warehouse Associates must also process product returns from the field, requiring you to be a liaison with multiple departments, including Customer Service, Warranty, and Technical Services. Warehouse Associates are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all outgoing and incoming shipments.     Requirements and Skills

    · Self-motivated and comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

    · Professional personal presentation

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills

    · Detail oriented

    · Able to handle demanding situations

    · Prior experience working in a warehouse encouraged

    · Forklift certified preferred (on the job training is provided)

    · Ability to work on feet 8 hours per day and lift loads up to 50 pounds

    · Familiarity with Microsoft Office, UPS Worldship, and ERP Software a plus

    Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

    · Provide excellent customer service

    · Execute general day-to-day agenda based on priority including receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, and maintenance operations with a high attention to detail

    · Maintain compliance with company’s policies and vision

    · Communicate with customers, vendors, trucking companies

    Hours, Pay and Benefits

    · Full-Time Mon – Fri, 40+ hours per week, entry-level position with growth potential

    · $19.23-$26.44 per hour range, with starting rate to be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience*
