TBS, in Owings Mills, is looking for a Pick/Pack warehouse associate. Come join us where you will work a set 7:30am-4:00pm Monday- Friday schedule in a clean facility. This is an excellent entry-level or a step-up position for the right candidate. We provide on the job training and offer advancement opportunities and bonuses to whose who excel.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pick/Pack product orders
• Label outgoing product
• Receive and restock merchandise
• Clean warehouse and office areas

compensation: $15-$18/hr based on experience + bonuses & advancement opportunities. Paid holidays and vacation. Health insurance is offered after a 30 day probation period.

Qualifications

The FIRST and MOST IMPORTANT requirement is attention to detail and a positive attitude. We cannot stress this requirement enough. If you are not detail oriented, please do not apply

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a random drug and criminal background check
• Extreme attention to detail
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Be a self-starter

You must have reliable transportation (we are not accessible via public transit) and be comfortable working in a facility with 24 hour video monitoring. Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
