    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and fill orders for same-day and next-day installations.
    • Ensure all installation jobs are accompanied by correct and complete photos.
    • Receive and stock equipment and installation materials; verify shipments against purchase orders, sign off, and report discrepancies to the supervisor or accounts payable.
    • Replenish inventory stock by placing orders with established vendors.
    • Communicate any inventory discrepancies to the manager.
    • Maintain a hazard-free office and warehouse environment.
    • Load and unload cargo as needed.
    • Order parts and confirm deliveries are accurate.
    • Travel to the Dayton office as required based on workload.
    • Collaborate effectively with the logistics team.
    • Visit supply houses and other offices to acquire equipment and materials as needed.
    • Deliver parts or supplies to installers and service technicians as requested by the Logistics or Branch Manager.
    • Maintain warehouse organization, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
    • Process RMAs for damaged or unneeded equipment.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Competencies:

    • Care and Use of Equipment: Possess excellent knowledge of job-related equipment, ensuring careful handling and storage.
    • Organizing: Use resources effectively and arrange information and files in a systematic manner.

    Experience and Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
    • Current forklift certification.
    • Proficient in iPad and computer skills, with some software knowledge.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; ServiceTitan experience required.

    Physical Demands:

    • Frequently required to stand and walk.
    • Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
    • May need to lift, push, pull, and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds on a weekly basis.
