    Macauley Technologies is a high-end smart home automation team based in Austin, Texas. We pride ourselves on treating our people well and as a result have very low employee turnover and high job satisfaction. We are looking to hire an individual as a Warehouse Associate, an additional person to add to our team in the warehouse. The perfect candidate is one who is dedicated, driven, has an extreme attention to detail, is a hard worker, and takes pride in a job well done.

    We service residential properties in the Greater Austin Area + surrounding cities. We typically work with customers who have had bad experiences previously with technology companies and are looking for a well established, processes oriented company that can install and service a reliable system customized to their needs. Our systems are reliable because we have multiple checks in place during the design phase. Our racks are built in our office where we also pre-program the automation system, wifi, and test all functions on our test bench before being sent out to the house for installation.

    Responsibilities and Duties for Warehouse Associate:

    Receive Product (physically & digitally to keep track project equipment).

    Manage product deadlines, by confirming all equipment has been received prior to client delivery. Wrap and organize pallets in preparation for equipment deployment from warehouse to rack build phase.

    Ensure product stock is accurate (to include serial number tracking) in software systems, by allocating or un-allocating products.

    Label product and sort within the warehouse.

    Assemble rack frames.

    Process product return shipments (RMA's).

    Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.

    Manage exterior recyclables and pallets.

    Stock and refill bathroom consumables.

    Manage employee check-outs of temporary products and warehouse tools.

    Manage warehouse and company vehicle PAR - levels.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Self-starter and problem solver

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

    Familiar with desktop and mobile computing

    Experience with google drive and gmail

    Clean driving record and background check

    IPOINT software knowledge a plus
