Job Summary:

The Warehouse/Delivery Assistant is responsible for loading and unloading rental equipment from company vehicles and customer vehicles and safely moving material within the warehouse by carrying, lifting, and hand trucks. This associate ensures orders are staged, pulled, and counted prior to loading or installation and upon return. The Warehouse/Delivery Assistant will clean items as they are returned (tents, chairs, dishware) and will assist in installing tents or stages.

Responsibilities:

Help unload and load trucks in a safe manner

Count, pull, and stage orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Install tents, stages, dance floors, pipe & drape, and chairs

Help maintain strict organization in the warehouse

Receive orders and count for accuracy, inspect for damage, and make note of necessary repairs

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Always have a customer-first mentality

Qualifications:

Willingness to gain a vast knowledge of rental products

Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment and move swiftly and safely with accuracy

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Ability to stand for an extended period of time

Ability to walk, reach, climb ladders, and bend to perform job duties

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs frequently
