Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse/General Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a warehouse/general maintenance tech, you will be directly supporting the upkeep of our fleet and warehouse daily operations. This can include delegating activities to ensure everything gets repaired in a timely manner, creating protocol for fleet management, and regular inspections of all equipment and fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate has experience repairing equipment, automotive repair knowledge, inventory keeping, organizing warehouse and ensure fleet maintenance.

Responsibilities

Repairing necessary equipment. (i.e.. portable cleaners, air movers, Dehumidifiers etc.)

Prevent maintenance issues by ensuring daily upkeep of fleet vehicles

Inspect all equipment on a regular basis

Ensure inventory and supplies are stocked and available in warehouse.

Maintain proper documentation of maintenance and changes as needed

Foster a safe, positive working environment and run occasional arrands as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a maintenance and repairs.

Automotive and fleet management.

Strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to perform maintenance operations

Familiarity with equipment, such as the portable cleaners and carpet cleaning machinery.

Valid Drivers license.
