Warehouse Helper

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and personable full-time Warehouse Helper to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. We offer competitive pay and an attractive benefit package. A background check will be conducted prior to hire date. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake basic maintenance tasks related to facility and equipment maintenance
Maintains warehouse organization
Perform job site deliveries of equipment, supplies, etc.
Carry out cleaning duties as instructed by management
Utilizes safe work practices and uses proper PPE in the performance of all tasks
May perform grounds keeping activities such as cleaning snow, mowing lawns, raking leaves, and general grounds maintenance
Qualifications
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Strong attention to detail
Must have good working knowledge of safety practices to ensure safe working environment
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
Must possess good interpersonal skills to interact with fellow workers and customers of the organization
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to operate a forklift
Experience driving large vehicles, up to a 26’ box truck
Prior experience working in a warehouse setting
Prior experience in the Construction or Restoration industry
