We are currently looking for an entry-level Warehouse Associate Manager to help oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and adherence to our high standards.

    Position Summary:

    The Warehouse Associate Manager is a foundational role within our team, focusing on inventory management, scheduling, and fleet maintenance. This entry-level position is suited for individuals with relevant experience who are eager to grow their career. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

    Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities:

    manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

    Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

    Help coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and drop-offs to optimize operational workflow.

    Contribute to the management and maintenance of fleet equipment, upholding high standards of reliability and safety.

    Support mechanical maintenance efforts with basic troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

    Transport materials to sites located in Utah, Idaho, and surrounding states.

    Utilize basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation, using tools such as Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, Adobe, and Windows 10.

    Requirements:

    A clean driving record, as a prerequisite for insurance and operational responsibilities.

    Experience driving with trailers.

    Ability to pass a drug screening test as part of our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.

    Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn maintenance tasks.

    Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, and Adobe.

    Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Some relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.

    OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain.

    Interest in telecommunications and a desire to learn industry-specific operations.
