    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to guarantee timely deliveries and accurate stock levels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products in the warehouse.

    • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

    • Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time with correct documentation.

    • Organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficient operations and safety.

    • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.

    • Monitor and maintain stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations within the warehouse.

    • Track shipments and report any delays or discrepancies to management.

    • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, pickup truck and 20’ trailer for local pickup and deliveries when needed.

    • Generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels and shipment status.

    • Picking, packing and dispatching orders

    • Arrange freight quotes

    • Assisting the Engineering department with customer work as required

    • Loading and unloading orders as they arrive

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in warehouse logistics or similar role.

    • A positive can do attitude

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and software (e.g., WMS, ERP, MYOB, Acumatica).

    • Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification preferred).

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

    • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

    • Above average knowledge using hand tools, and power tools.

    • Strong common sense and problem-solving abilities are required.

    Working Conditions:

    • Full-time position (8AM to 5PM) with occasional overtime as needed.

    • Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift up to [75] lbs.

    • Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
