Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. This position will require a mix of warehouse work and phone sales. The ideal candidate is a team player with both warehouse and sales experience.

Responsibilities • Phone sales (training provided) • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with customers • Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion • Pull stock to fulfill and prepare orders for shipping • Ensure orders are accurate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors • Ability to prioritize workload and lead a team • Well organized and prompt in getting answers for customers and coworkers

Qualifications • Previous experience working in a warehouse setting and/or sales is preferred • Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects • Excellent organizational and time management skills
