The Journey:

LMA (Lead, Manage, and Hold Team Accountable)

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.

Warehouse & Distribution Management

Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.

Coordinate the efficient flow of products from production facilities to distribution centers.

Supply Chain Integration

Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate production and distribution processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with inventory needs.

Logistics & Routing

Optimize transportation routes and distribution channels to minimize costs and delivery times.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation, including optimizing Korpack fleet routes.

Inventory Control & ERP Utilization

Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstock or stockouts within ERP and WMS systems.

Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.

Utilize ERP and WMS to drive process improvements and manage profitability.

Cost Management

Identify cost-saving opportunities in warehouse and distribution operations.

Work to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational expenses.

Quality Assurance & Food Safety Compliance

Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to SQF, HACCP, and GMP requirements at every stage of the supply chain.

Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and returns while maintaining a food-safe environment.

Monitor and enforce food safety protocols to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management

Co-packing and production services experience is a plus

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment

Ability to quickly learn and apply complex concepts

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to efficiency and operational excellence
