Position Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team to ensure performance targets are achieved efficiently and safely and will be accountable for planning, directing, and managing warehouse processes, production standards, and equipment/storage practices.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Functions:
Supervise and support the warehouse team to ensure performance aligns with company goals.
Use analytics to improve departmental performance, optimize workflows, and minimize labor costs.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure initiatives are clearly relayed and client expectations are exceeded.
Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures to support efficient warehouse operations.
Create schedules and audit time and attendance records for team members.
Recommend updates for policies and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and programs.
Oversee industrial vehicle operation and maintenance and conduct industrial vehicle training in compliance with OSHA 1910.178.
Serve as the primary contact for coaching, discipline, and performance management.
Manage operational expenses related to equipment and utilities, ensuring cost control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Conditions:
Work is performed in a well-lit environment, though some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.
Handle cleaning products per company safety policies.
Safety is a priority – proper equipment and training are provided.
Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs with proper lifting techniques.

Schedule and Compensation:
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
Evening/weekend availability depending on workload.
Base salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; or 3–5 years of related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong mathematical skills, including working with fractions and percentages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and follow up appropriately.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Professional, approachable, and proactive demeanor.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound judgment in identifying and escalating issues and managing priorities.
