Position Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager who is mechanically inclined and can assist with maintaining and tracking our equipment and vehicle fleet. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations
Primary Responsibilities
Monitors and maintains vehicle fleet
Works directly with team members to ensure all equipment is accounted for and maintained
Maintains and tracks inventory levels via monitoring procedures and physical inspections
Manages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations per company policies and procedures
Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse
Maintains electronic records of all warehouse activities
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
Minimum of 2 years as a warehouse manager
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate work
Proficient in record-keeping and scheduling
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Mechanically inclined
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Walking and/or standing throughout the day
Exposed to high noise levels in the warehouse
Occasionally climbing ladders
Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat or cold
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work. Local travel is required within our service area.
