Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Primary Purpose:
To ensure and maintain the operations at the warehouse by working with the account coordinators and office manager, ensuring all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed during day-to-day operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following list of duties and responsibilities are essential to the job. However, specific activities might change from time to time in addition to additional activities not mentioned below.
· To process all inventory by organizing, controlling, and planning the warehouse operations.
· To always maintain a safe work environment by making sure the warehouse is organized and that it follows all safety measures during daily operations.
· To be in constant communication with account coordinators, field personnel subcontractors, transportation providers, and managers to ensure proper inventory flow.
· To properly report project details to managers and coordinators.
· To handle all required paperwork as a vital task for the position and as a way of reporting back to the office personnel.
· To work closely with office personnel when it comes to project material, company’s equipment and vehicles, incoming shipments, and deliveries.
· To deliver and distribute project material at jobsites. Some of the jobs may have a longer drive.
· To pick up orders from various vendors and bring them back to the warehouse so they can be processed as inventory to then be distributed for projects.
· To pay attention to all the details each project entitles to guarantee inventory processing.
· To keep track of company’s vehicle inventory which results in project efficiency.
· To manage the proper use of material in order to avoid any unnecessary waste.
· To prepare inventory orders according to project schedules.
· To take care of the warehouse equipment such as forklift, carpet pole, and pallet jack.
· To follow the routine maintenance of all company’s vehicles and installation equipment to ensure they are ready to be used as needed.
· To maintain warehouse stock levels replenished.
· To initiate safe and healthy warehouse practices to achieve efficiency in the workplace.
· To maintain a professional relationship with superiors and co-workers.
· To effectively indicate the existence of issues and use problem-solving abilities when there is any indication of distress in the warehouse.
Required Skills:
Own a valid driver’s license.
Experience driving a forklift.
High school diploma or GED.
Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and able to manage conflict.
Potential to work both independently and as a team player when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and under-pressure environment.
Capacity to meet deadlines by controlling time management efficiently.
