JOB SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports inventory, order management, receiving and shipping with daily duties as assigned to expedite workflow within the warehouse.

Full time 8am-5pm M-F Salary range $17.00-$20.00/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for coverage of operations team leads within assigned departments.
• Maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current company procedures and policies within operations.
• Participate in automation of processes to make them more efficient and reliable within the PICS Database
• Assist in cross training staff to ensure consistency within departments.
• Assist sales, sales support and accounting with operations related inquiries and questions.
• Breaking down carboard boxes.
• Separating and organizing telecom equipment.
• **** Keeping equipment with their corresponding project.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong knowledge of inventory, order management, receiving and shipping procedures.
• General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while being flexible working with changing list of priorities.
• Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers.
