About the Job:
This position is accountable for the success of the Warehouse/Shop operations in St. Louis, Kansas, and nationally. This leader will be tasked to manage and be responsible for the costs associated with safe, efficient, and productive operations of the Warehouse/Shop as it pertains the CS project estimates, workload, and actual costs incurred by the projects. Adjustments in manpower and operating procedures will be the responsibility of this leader to assure operating costs are not exceeding income. Shop Cost Reports will be developed by upper management and Cost Manager to accurately view and project shop costs as they relate to shop income. This leader will be responsible for completion and upkeep of these reports once established.
The main goal is to provide a full-service equipment operation that is well maintained (and branded) in order to keep our crews working in the field and to reduce/eliminate inefficiencies (unnecessary costs) along the way. The project teams renting from our own company versus renting 3rd party should ultimately aid in the company’s bottom line and provide an advantage over our competition meanwhile maintaining a diverse fleet of equipment/tools. Ensure safe and timely, DOT compliant, delivery of our quality tools/equipment to our projects and keeping overall control of our assets. Oversee the asset management, tracking, maintenance, and accounting of our fleet. Aid in the company being an industry leader utilizing the latest technology to the best of our ability.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.
