    Join a global leader in food manufacturing as a Process Engineer, where you'll play a key role in optimizing warehouse operations. You'll drive process improvement projects, manage infrastructure initiatives, and develop/enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your expertise in warehouse logistics, statistical analysis, and Lean Six Sigma will be vital to the success of our project management team and overall business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement lean warehouse processes using DMAIC and DMADV tools.
    • Communicate process improvements via SOPs, meetings, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Monitor and review the effectiveness of implemented processes.
    • Measure, plan, and manage warehouse infrastructure projects, liaising with vendors on tasks like racking optimization.
    • Support continuous improvement by analyzing data on product scanning accuracy and inventory integrity.
    • Use lean tools and data analysis to provide actionable insights.
    • Collect and analyze process data to establish performance standards and make recommendations.
    • Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
    • Perform root cause analysis to address systemic issues.
    • Establish labor standards using techniques like MOST and MTM.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Supply Chain Management.
    • 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, and warehouse/logistics, especially in food products and consumer packaged goods.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
    • Experience in designing warehouse or manufacturing processes, focusing on labor productivity or scheduling optimization.
    • Lean Six Sigma training required, Green Belt certification preferred.
    • AutoCAD experience preferred.
