Since 1972, John's Appliance and Bedding has served the Central Florida area selling appliances, mattresses and cabinets. We are a family business that has FUN, but also works hard to provide the very BEST shopping and customer service experience in the area.

Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to expand our work force. Currently, we are seeking several individuals to work in our warehouse at our South Daytona location. This is a FULL-TIME (40 hours/week) position available immediately.

This position involves receiving, unloading and moving large home appliances using handcarts and forklift / order picker, as well as retrieving goods for customer pick up and helping customers load/secure items in vehicle and move appliances within the store.

Candidate Requirements: • Experience utilizing heavy equipment, i.e. forklift --OR-- ability to be trained • Ability to handle large boxed goods using a dolly • Excellent customer service skills • Commitment to following all safety protocols • Ability to pass drug test • Team player/willing to learn • Positive, can-do attitude • Valid driver's license
