Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role's primary responsibility will be on the receiving, inspecting, and put-away/ organizing of inbound products. In addition, the role will include a variety of other warehouse responsibilities as assigned - including conducting inventory cycle counts, supporting product assembly and assisting with various project-based tasks (such as inter-warehouse transfers and backlog fulfillment). The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Quality Control:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify them against purchase orders.
• Conduct quality checks on received products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Properly document receiving events and report any discrepancies, damages, or defects.

Inventory Put Away & Organization:

• Accurately put away received products in their designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain proper labeling and organization of inventory.

General Warehouse & Project Work:

• Assist with product assembly tasks as needed.
• Support project-based work such as warehouse transfers, event setup (e.g., trade show booth displays), and fulfillment backlog assistance.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Positive, hard-working, and trustworthy.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory event logging into company's software system.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Team player with a flexible and proactive mindset.
