We are a dynamic, growing company specializing in residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Associate to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing essential inventory, supplies, and equipment that drive the success of our field operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize inventory, ensuring easy access and accurate record-keeping Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy Prepare and pack tools, equipment, and supplies for field operations Maintain and distribute specialized cleaning and restoration equipment Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficiently organized Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage Collaborate with field technicians and supervisors to ensure timely distribution of materials Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative skills Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not required – we provide comprehensive training What We Offer Competitive Compensation Hourly rate: $21.00–$23.00 Overtime rate: $28.00 per hour Flexible Scheduling Options Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) Part-Time: Customized schedules available Overtime: Optional 12-hour shifts and Saturday work for additional earnings Comprehensive Benefits Package Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off, including holidays and vacation days 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions
