We are a growing company specializing in residential and commercial restoration and cleaning services. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Stock Associate to oversee essential inventory, supplies, and equipment that drive the success of our field teams. This role is crucial to maintaining seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Organize and label stock for easy access while maintaining accurate records. Receiving Deliveries: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy, updating inventory as needed. Order Preparation: Pack and prepare tools, equipment, and supplies for field operations. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and distribute specialized cleaning and restoration tools. Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and report any discrepancies. Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with field technicians and supervisors to ensure timely distribution of materials. What You Bring Attention to Detail: You ensure precision in inventory management and documentation. Organizational Skills: You can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative setting and support team objectives. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. Eagerness to Learn: Open to training and eager to acquire new skills. Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training! What We Offer Competitive Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour. Overtime opportunities at $28.00 per hour. Flexible Scheduling: Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week).
