    Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor ensures smooth and efficient warehouse operations at CL Visual, working closely with the Office Manager and General Manager. This role oversees the Printing, Installation, and Production/Finishing Departments and is responsible for warehouse organization, inventory management, shipping and receiving logistics, and maintaining a safe and functional work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures all materials and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and utilized for maximum efficiency.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Oversee training, implementation, and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within warehouse operations.

    Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory levels, placing necessary orders to ensure adequate stock.

    Track and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

    Manage end-of-day reports to ensure all tasks are completed.

    Oversee scheduling for warehouse staff to meet operational demands.

    Maintain and create budgets for the entire back-of-house team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently.

    Ensure all warehouse equipment is operational and safe, coordinating routine maintenance and repairs as needed.

    Work closely with vendors and service providers to maintain proper equipment functionality (e.g., forklifts, printers, and other production equipment).

    Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, the Office Manager, General Manager, and vendors to ensure clear communication and effective operations.

    Lead and enforce safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.

    Conduct safety meetings and training throughout the company, including overseeing OSHA and forklift certification compliance.

    Manage logistics for all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy in deliveries.

    Coordinate with relevant teams to organize warehouse space, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

    Implement and oversee a warehouse tracking system (e.g., Trello, Trainual) to monitor job statuses and priorities.

    Respond promptly to warehouse-related issues and implement response plans for potential emergencies.

    Ensure all warehouse processes follow proper procedures and maintain efficiency in material handling.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent time management.

    Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Trello, Trainual, or similar management software.

    Fluent in Spanish and English (preferred).

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to develop and implement warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy.

    Education and Experience:

    Minimum of three years of warehouse supervision or related experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods throughout the warehouse.

    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (adjusted for warehouse needs).

    Capability to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and move materials as needed.

    Comfortable working in various temperature and weather conditions.
