Warehouse Supervisor – 1st Shift

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of management experience in distribution or manufacturing.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Ability to work various shifts and operate warehouse equipment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and launch of a new warehouse and processes.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage a team of associates.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for efficiency and quality.

• Implement safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

• Collaborate with leadership and HR to build a strong, motivated team.
