    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced warehouse supervisor to join our team in the Dallas/Farmers Branch area. This position offers the opportunity for growth within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, be detail-oriented, and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities.

    Enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.

    Maintain accurate inventory records through regular physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems.

    Assign tasks to warehouse staff and monitor their performance to ensure productivity goals are met.

    Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse employees to uphold organizational standards.

    Document warehouse activities and maintain records in compliance with company policies.

    Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

    Basic Qualifications / Skills:

    Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.

    Proficient understanding of warehouse management procedures.

    Excellent interpersonal, reading, writing, and communication abilities.

    Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Knowledgeable in inventory management and control practices.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

    Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

    Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.

    A willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.

    Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

    Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree preferred

    Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred

    Excellent leadership skills

    Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations

    Strong interpersonal skills
