Position: Warehouse Technician

As a Warehouse Technician at Numotion, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of inventory management and warehouse organization. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver critical mobility solutions to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and Validate Shipments: Process all purchase orders, ensuring accuracy by validating against packing slips within 24 hours.
• Inventory Management: Ensure all items are properly tagged, labeled, and organized within the warehouse.
• Efficient Returns Processing: Manage return authorizations promptly, including requests, returns, and reporting.
• Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to Numotion’s standards.
• Fleet Maintenance: Sanitize and maintain rental, demo, and loaner equipment.
• Inventory Transactions: Accurately process and report inventory transactions within our operating system.
• Waste Management: Efficiently break down boxes and manage pallets for a clean work environment.
• Team Support: Provide guidance on best practices for inventory control and assist with other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet).

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in supply chain or inventory management is a plus.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization.
