We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Wilmington, NC. This position plays a critical role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery

• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock counts

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)

• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met in all work areas

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals

• Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
