Join our team at Central Florida Diaper Bank, where we provide critical support to families in need. Our warehouse team ensures timely and safe delivery of essential items while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities:

Safely drive and operate a delivery van, following traffic laws and FDOT regulations.

Perform routine van maintenance tasks (e.g., refueling, washing, inspections) and report issues.

Load, unload, and deliver materials to events and clients, ensuring accurate documentation.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and dolly.

Maintain warehouse organization, track inventory, and document incoming/outgoing goods.

Identify and report missing, damaged, or lost items promptly.

Provide exceptional customer service and obtain necessary client or partner signatures.

Complete all paperwork and reports related to deliveries and warehouse operations.

Handle merchandise with care, ensuring proper packing and labeling.

Perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and other duties as assigned.

Work in varying and inclement weather conditions as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a warehouse worker and van driver.

Forklift certification and experience with pallet jacks required.

Proficiency in warehouse organization, product movement, and delivery driving.

Excellent verbal communication skills: Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Customer service experience and commercial driving skills are a plus.

Ability to multitask, remain calm in stressful situations, and meet deadlines.

Must be able to work in varying and inclement weather conditions as needed.

Special Requirements:

Submit to a Driving Report; an unacceptable report will result in disqualification.

Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record.

Access to a dependable vehicle with state-mandated auto insurance.

Must pass a Level II Background check

Work Environment: This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events. Physical demands include heavy lifting, prolonged periods of standing and moving, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
