About the Role:

SERVPRO of Marietta West is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Restoration Equipment Repair / Warehouse Associate to oversee the organization and maintenance of our restoration equipment and warehouse operations. This role includes managing inventory, ensuring equipment is cleaned, serviced, and ready for deployment, and coordinating with the production team to support timely responses to water, fire, mold, storm, and other property restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in equipment maintenance, and the ability to manage a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Additional responsibilities include tracking inventory usage, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting with logistics for project support. You will assist with warehouse planning, equipment management and facility maintenance while following and enforcing all facility safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks

• Provide exceptional service and clear communication to teammates

• Receive and handle materials in the warehouse

• Help to maintain, clean and repair assets for use in the warehouse

• Help to maintain, clean and organize the warehouse, grounds, restrooms, hallways and offices as assigned

• Continue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products and equipment knowledge

• Understand and utilize all safety and risk management guidelines in the warehouse

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license so you can transport equipment as needed

• Background in construction, restoration, or a related field is preferred.

• Must be mechanically inclined

• Comfortable with technology, including Apple iPad and Microsoft Office products

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.

• Comfortable working in diverse settings, including heights, tight spaces, and varying weather conditions.
