Job Description

MSX International is seeking qualified candidates responsible for reviewing Dealer Compliance to policies and procedures, review and identifying Operational Process improvements, support Field Staff and Dealer network and other ad-hoc tasks based on our client’s business needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure Labor rates meet company and state policies while ensuring accuracy in system (AS400).
• Review claims for compliance based on company policy and procedures.
• Validate Parts markup request compliance to state law and ensure accuracy in system (AS400).
• Debit or Credit claims as necessary based on findings from reviews.
• Collaborate with billing team to ensure accuracy of claim billing compliance.
• Manage document library; ensure documents are up to date and in compliance.
• Assist in documenting business processes (Visio) and identify gaps.
• Research Date-of-First Use request and update system accordingly.
• Work with Analytics team on reporting operational metrics.
• Respond to incoming emails (before the end of the next business day)
• Document and review claim escalations for both warranty and campaigns
• Run Ad-hoc data queries via SQL.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Project Manager or Client.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with IBM AS/400 is desired.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SQL syntax desired.
• 1 year of experience performing general compliance/audit duties is desired.
• 1 year of experience in an automotive-related field is desired.
• 1 year of experience in a luxury-related industry is desired.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $23 to $26 hourly.
